PR FRP Reactor

A PR FRP reactor, or a Pressure Fiber-Reinforced Polymer (FRP) reactor, is a vessel used in industrial processes to contain and manage chemical reactions under pressure.

Fabrication: FRP reactors are typically fabricated using techniques such as filament winding or hand lay-up. Filament winding involves winding continuous fiber strands impregnated with resin around a mold, while hand lay-up involves manually placing layers of resin-impregnated fabric into a mold.

Corrosion Resistance: FRP materials offer excellent resistance to corrosion from a wide range of chemical s, acids, and bases, making them suitable for handling corrosive substances.

Pressure Vessel Components: This includes features like flanges, nozzles, manways, and other fittings necessary for process connections, maintenance, and safety.

Safety: FRP materials are non-conductive and can be engineered to meet stringent safety standards, reducing risks associated with electrical conductivity and chemical reactions.

Applications: PR FRP reactors are widely used in chemical Processing, Water Treatment, Pharmaceuticals & Food Processing
